Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Receptionist Cashier, you will be the warm and welcoming face of our organization, ensuring every patient's journey begins and proceeds with comfort and efficiency.

Everyday you will involve expertly managing patient reception, coordinating essential administrative tasks, and leveraging technology to ensure seamless operations. You'll skillfully guide diverse patient populations, providing thoughtful assistance and ensuring they feel at ease and fully understand their care instructions.

To be successful in this role, you will bring exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong command of technology, and genuine compassion for patient well-being. Your adaptable and patient approach will be key in facilitating a positive and supportive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

  • Acts as receptionist for all services. Greets people who come into the office and assists them as indicated.
  • Answers a multi line phone system for all services, screening calls from patients, families and staff. Directs them appropriately.
  • Exercises judgment with respect to urgency, confidential status, and relative importance of inquiries and messages and handles them appropriately.
  • Maintains all office equipment, including postage meter, fax and copier machines and printers.
  • Faxes Infusion MD orders and tracks them for timely response.
  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail appropriately.
