As our Director of Patient, Provider, and Employee Experience for Mercy Hospital Folsom, you will holistically lead the strategic design and continuous enhancement of positive experiences for all patients, providers, and employees. Your visionary leadership will foster a culture of empathy, engagement, and operational excellence, recognizing their profound interconnectedness.
Every day, you will analyze feedback from all stakeholders, identifying systemic opportunities to improve interactions, workflows, and organizational culture. You will develop and implement integrated programs, training, and communication strategies to embed best practices, empower staff, and cultivate a valued and respected environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need exceptional leadership and change management skills, a deep understanding of patient, provider, and employee experience principles, and excellent communication for influencing cultural shifts.
