As our Critical Care ED Educator RN, you will help clinical teams elevate their professional expertise and nursing practice so they can deliver the highest standard of care in high-acuity environments.
Every day you will facilitate clinical drills for high-risk situations, lead interdisciplinary briefings, and coordinate educational initiatives that align with patient safety goals. You will be expected to utilize diverse methodologies to identify learning needs, perform follow-ups on competency validations, and act as a change agent to foster a culture of clinical excellence.
To be successful in this role you will possess advanced critical thinking, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward consensus. You will demonstrate a keen understanding of systems thinking, program evaluation, and perinatal care standards, along with exceptional interpersonal savvy to navigate complex political landscapes and build rapport with business partners.
