Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Executive Coordinator, you will be a vital administrative and operational force, providing comprehensive support to executive leadership and ensuring seamless daily and strategic execution.

 

Every day, you will expertly manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings/events, prepare presentations, and handle sensitive communications. You'll facilitate information flow, assist project tracking, and meticulously organize travel/expenses, proactively optimizing executive efficiency.

 

To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and advanced software proficiency. Your proactive mindset, ability to manage multiple priorities, and discretion are paramount to executive effectiveness.

  • Proactively manage CEO and CFO's varied obligations from senior leadership, staff, internal/external clients, field commitments and Foundation, Board of Directors and Community Board
  • Align CEO and CFO priorities with incoming requests to effectively plan ahead so key priorities are met first.
  • Ensure project planning methods are used when necessary to track CEO/CFO projects.
  • Maintain tools to effectively manage CEO/CFO outreach and meetings.
  • Support CEO and CFO internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate and support Senior Leadership Team meetings.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Associates Other or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum of five years of executive support to senior leaders with increasing responsibility.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Driver's License: CA, upon hire

Preferred

  • Experience in hospital setting
  • Bachelors Other in Business or related field.
