As our Market Director of Corporate Responsibility (CRP), you will serve as a vital member of the market leadership team, dedicated to upholding the highest standards of ethics and regulatory integrity. You will function as the primary compliance expert for our acute care facilities, ensuring that our operations align with complex federal and state guidelines, including the OIG, CMS, and HIPAA. By bridging the gap between legal mandates and clinical operations, you will protect the organization’s reputation while fostering a culture of compliance that supports our long-term strategic goals.
Every day you will monitor evolving healthcare laws and provide expert consultation to leadership on the potential impacts of new regulations and enforcement efforts. You will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of our compliance program, which includes managing internal audits, conducting thorough investigations into hotline reports, and driving corrective action plans. By analyzing billing data, clinical trends, and governmental enforcement activities, you will provide the actionable insights necessary for management to make informed decisions and minimize operational risk.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of the healthcare regulatory landscape and possess the leadership skills required to influence cross-functional teams. You will act as a key resource for triage and problem-solving, ensuring that all CRP policies are implemented consistently across assigned facilities. Whether you are leading a team, collaborating with legal counsel on physician business relationships, or presenting compliance status reports to executive boards, your commitment to transparency, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement will be essential to our mission.
