This is an exciting opportunity for a behavioral health clinician who is passionate about meeting patients where they are and providing meaningful, patient-centered mental health care throughout their hospital journey. This position serves as a therapist within the hospital, supporting patients from the moment a behavioral health need is identified through crisis intervention, treatment, and inpatient care. Clinicians will conduct level-of-care assessments, provide crisis intervention and disposition planning, and follow an inpatient therapy caseload, allowing them to work face-to-face with patients throughout different stages of their behavioral health journey.
The role includes facilitating therapeutic groups, providing individual support and interventions, and working closely with providers, nursing, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure each patient’s mental health needs are heard, understood, and addressed. We are looking for a clinician who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, values teamwork, and brings a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to care. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful connections with patients while helping create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience during some of their most vulnerable moments.
