Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Couple Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others.   • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care for new mothers and their newborns, reflecting CommonSpirit Health’s commitment to improving the health of the people we serve.
  • Monitor maternal and neonatal vital signs, identify potential complications, and intervene promptly to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care, promoting health, wellness, and empowerment.
  • Collaborate with physicians, lactation consultants, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, value-driven care.
  • Support the emotional well-being of mothers and families, embodying compassion, dignity, and patient advocacy in every encounter.

Required

  • Registered Nurse: AZ
  • American Heart Association
    • Basic Life Support - CPR
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 6 - months


Preferred

  • Bachelors Of Nursing and One year obstetrics acute experience
