Our dedicated providers offer a full spectrum of health care services, from routine wellness to complex disease management, all grounded in rigorous research and education. Our comprehensive network of 10 hospitals and nearly 300 care sites strategically located across the greater Puget Sound region reflects our ongoing commitment to accessibility and comprehensive care.
We are proud of our pioneering medical advances and numerous awards and accreditations that reflect our dedication to excellence. When you join Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, you become part of a team that delivers top-quality, professional healthcare in modern, well-equipped facilities, and contributes to a legacy of service built on collaboration and shared purpose.
As our WIC Program Coordinator, you will provide oversight and coordination of WIC program operations within assigned WIC clinics, ensuring services are delivered effectively and in accordance with established program objectives, federal and state regulations, and organizational standards. You will support staff, coordinate daily clinic operations, and serve as a resource to ensure WIC clients receive appropriate nutrition services, education, screening, and referrals to community resources.
Every day you will coordinate program activities, support staff development and performance, monitor clinic resources and supplies, provide direct WIC services, and help implement program policies and procedures. You will collaborate with WIC Managers, Coordinators, clinic staff, and community partners to promote consistent, high-quality services and a positive experience for WIC clients.
To be successful in your role, you will bring strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, the ability to interpret and implement regulatory requirements, and a commitment to providing culturally responsive, client-centered services. You will be comfortable balancing program oversight with hands-on support and working collaboratively to address challenges and improve WIC program operations.
