Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our TLC Performance Enablement Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our enterprise performance enablement strategy by managing the operational cadence of annual and ongoing performance processes. You will serve as a key point of contact for HR partners, leaders, and team members, ensuring that our performance management initiatives are executed with precision, consistency, and a focus on providing a seamless user experience across the entire organization.

Every day you will manage the administrative and project-based workflows that keep our performance programs running smoothly, including maintaining project timelines, updating process documentation, and coordinating system communications. You will partner closely with Information Technology, HR, and external vendors to track program milestones, facilitate system testing, and resolve operational issues. By maintaining a robust library of knowledge articles, templates, and resources, you will empower our workforce to engage effectively with our performance management systems and processes.

To be successful in this role, you will leverage your strong organizational skills and collaborative mindset to drive continuous improvement across our performance enablement framework. You will utilize data-driven reporting and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement, ensuring our practices remain compliant, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. Your ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments—ideally within a large healthcare setting—will be essential as you provide guidance, training, and support to stakeholders to drive consistent adoption of performance excellence.

  • Manage operational documentation, project plans, and communication materials to ensure program delivery excellence.
  • Provide high-level administrative support for performance systems, including system testing, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain user resources, including job aids, templates, and knowledge articles to support leaders and HR partners.
