As our Cash Posting Analyst, you will be a vital contributor to our healthcare revenue cycle, dedicated to maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our financial data. You will specialize in complex reconciliation processes, specifically focusing on Provider-Level Balancing (PLB) and Full Balance/Write-Off (FB/WO) sequences. By ensuring that payments, adjustments, and denials are perfectly aligned, you will directly influence our organizational cash flow accuracy and overall financial health.
Every day you will perform detailed variance analysis on large data sets, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure our ledgers remain precise. You will engage in proactive outreach with insurance companies and payer representatives to resolve account issues while collaborating closely with our billing, collections, and finance teams. Your workflow will involve managing both manual and 835 remittance formats, supporting month-end close activities, and contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives that optimize our revenue cycle performance.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong analytical mindset combined with extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations. You are a detail-oriented professional who excels at managing high-volume financial data and is comfortable navigating complex payer systems. Your ability to communicate findings clearly, work independently on project-based assignments, and maintain deep knowledge of remittance practices makes you an essential asset in our mission to achieve operational excellence and financial stability.
