Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Patient Services Associate Lead, you will support our medical team by managing patient communications and administrative workflows so they can provide high-quality, efficient patient care.

 

Every day you will manage the patient experience from check-in to check-out. You will perform essential administrative tasks, including answering phones, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, processing referrals, and managing electronic health records with strict attention to data privacy.

    • Customer Service Excellence: A proactive, empathetic, and professional communication style.
    • Technical Proficiency: Ability to manage high-volume scheduling, insurance verification, and financial data entry accurately.
    • Organizational Skills: A strong sense of urgency in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining clinic efficiency.
    • Reliability: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to HIPAA compliance and organizational stewardship.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Three (3) years experience in an outpatient setting as a Medical Office Receptionist
  • Successful completion of Patient and Financial Services Rep I and II, or equivalent experience
  • Keyboarding skills and the ability to utilize computer equipment and software are required as is experience with other types of standard office equipment.
  • Experience with electronic practice management system and
  • Medical terminology class completion or Equivalent experience
