CHI St. Alexius Health is a regional health network with a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, the system also consists of critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, Washburn and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services. CHI St. Alexius Health manages four CAHs in North Dakota - Elgin, Linton, and Wishek, as well as Mobridge Regional Medical Center in Mobridge, S.D. Clinical Nursing Manager - Operating Room
As our Clinical Nursing Manager for the Operating Room, you will be a visionary leader at CHI St Alexius Health Bismarck, overseeing the provision of exceptional surgical care and perioperative excellence. Every day you will coordinate the complex operational flow of surgical services, ensuring that patient safety, sterile technique, and clinical outcomes remain at the highest standard. You will be expected to plan, organize, implement, and maintain initiatives that align with our mission and vision while fostering a collaborative environment among nurses, surgical techs, anesthesia providers, and surgeons. To be successful in this role, you must be a skilled perioperative leader with a passion for clinical excellence, team development, and operational efficiency, committed to upholding the rigorous standards of our surgical department.
