As our night Crisis Assessment Specialist, you will assess clients in consultation with emergency department personnel, psychiatrists, clinicians, and attending physicians, providing critical recommendations for disposition.
Every day you will conduct face-to-face and/or tele-health triage evaluations, respond to patient/family complaints, assist in managing all assessment records, and perform statistical analysis to ensure effective crisis intervention.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong clinical assessment skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare professionals, a compassionate and calm demeanor in crisis situations, and the capacity to manage detailed records and perform statistical analysis.
