As our Labor & Delivery RN, you will help expectant parents and their newborns navigate the birthing experience so they can achieve a safe, supported, and memorable delivery.
Every day you will provide comprehensive bedside care during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. You will be expected to monitor fetal and maternal vitals, coordinate multidisciplinary care teams, and act as a clinical leader by supervising unit operations and upholding the highest standards of patient safety.
To be successful in this role, you must possess extensive clinical knowledge of obstetric nursing, the ability to exercise expert judgment in high-pressure situations, and a dedicated commitment to the mission and core values of Community Hospital of San Bernardino.
Per Diem III Requirements:
Must agree to work 2 major holiday, 2 minor holidays,12 shifts per 6 week period and 4 of which shall be weekend shifts per 6 week period.
