This position oversees clinical operations for multiple oncology locations, including specialty oncology, infusion operations, radiation oncology, supportive services, and associated oncology services across the care continuum, as part of a cohortof integrated Hospital Outpatient Departments organized to serve cancer patients in the specified submarket.
This role is responsible for planning, directing, and delivering clinical services for teh assigned submarket within the NW region oncology service line.
Responsibilities include developing and managing operating and capital budgets, analyzing current and new service delivery models to develop change recommendations. You will develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance and streamline current processes. You will also establish and ensure that all overall objectives relating to consistency of standars and customer service are achieved including directly supervising staff.
Close collaboration will be needed with Physician Enterprise, hospital leadership, and other oncology operations directors within the market.
Required:
Bachelors of Nursing, upon hire or
Bachelors of Healthcare Administration or related field, upon hire
4-6 years of related work experience that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/skills including three years in a supervisory or management capacity
Preferred:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Masters of Nursing
