As our Lead Therapist, you will help provide and coordinate a high-quality, client-oriented therapy rehabilitation program.
Every day you will monitor and coordinate daily schedules and order management, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, coordinate and review case management, train and orient staff, assist with timecard editing, maintain a safe, organized therapy environment, participate in quality assurance, and provide direct patient care within your licensure.
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong therapy leadership/coordination experience, expertise in client-centered rehabilitation programs, and the ability to manage work environments and staff development.
Interview patient, family, caregivers, significant other to obtain information about prior level of function, home environment, family relationships, health & psychosocial history.
Performs client tests, measurements and evaluations as indicated for the patient’s condition. Plans, prepares, and administers care plans based on evaluations, best practice, and any appropriate age, diagnosis, and/or department care standards.
