As our Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN, you will serve as a vital member of our acute care team, providing specialized, high-acuity nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions. You will be the frontline of clinical expertise, managing cardiac monitoring and delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment at St. Bernardine Medical Center.
Every day you will interpret cardiac rhythms, conduct comprehensive physical assessments, and monitor physiological changes in patients requiring telemetry. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to execute complex care plans, perform critical risk assessments, and provide essential patient and family education regarding medication management and post-discharge recovery, all while utilizing advanced nursing technology to streamline patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you must possess robust clinical knowledge in Med-Surg and Telemetry, demonstrate proficiency in EKG rhythm interpretation, and show a genuine commitment to patient-centered care. You must be an adaptable, clear communicator who thrives in high-acuity settings and is dedicated to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.
