Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Clinic Manager, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence.

Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. To thrive in this pivotal role, you will embody confident leadership, master tough conversations with grace, and excel as an educator at heart. Your exceptional communication will transform every interaction into a powerful opportunity to elevate understanding and drive our shared mission for superior patient outcomes.

  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day clinic activities, including patient accounts, insurance referrals, and staffing schedules. Responsibilities include maintaining quality control, auditing documentation for accuracy, ensuring timely service delivery, and serving as the primary liaison between the clinic and external agencies.
  • Staff Management and Development: Take full ownership of the employee lifecycle, from interviewing and hiring to performance management and professional coaching. This involves setting clear individual goals, conducting performance appraisals, holding regular staff meetings, and utilizing best-practice techniques like rounding to foster a high-performing, well-trained team.
  • Financial and Resource Administration: Prepare and execute the annual clinic budget while maintaining strict fiscal responsibility. This includes approving expenditures, monitoring for negative budget variances, and developing proactive action plans to address financial gaps while keeping regional leadership informed of any potential fiscal impacts.
  • Quality and Performance Improvement: Lead clinical initiatives aimed at increasing patient volumes and satisfaction. This involves assessing current workflows, facilitating performance improvement meetings, overseeing clinic-specific or regional projects, and ensuring that staff are fully trained and integrated into any new processes or medical support systems.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Facility Maintenance: Ensure the clinic meets all legal, regulatory, and environment-of-care standards. This includes coordinating facility maintenance and property management, ensuring physical security and disaster readiness, and keeping the staff and medical providers updated on evolving industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Communication and Relationship Management: Maintain a collaborative "dyad" partnership with the Medical Director and regional management to drive strategic goals.
