Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Senior Patient Access Representative, you will perform patient registration and admitting across hospital access areas, including the Emergency Department, main registration, admitting, and payer notification workflows.

Every day you will handle moderately complex registrations involving insurance verification, benefits review, and communication of patient financial responsibility across varied payers and non-standard workflows, flex across access points during high-volume or high-acuity periods, serve as an informal resource for less experienced staff, and work with internal departments to resolve access issues.

To be successful in this role, you will bring solid patient access experience, strong insurance knowledge, and accountability for relationship-based care, our mission, and core values.
