Founded in 1910, Dignity Health - Mercy Hospital is a 229-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital located in Bakersfield, California. As our Lead Tutor, you will provide individual and small group tutoring for kindergarten through sixth grade students in our Homework and Afterschool Clubs and help guide the tutoring team.

Every day you will help students improve academic performance through extended lessons, creative teaching, and interactive materials, and take on lead responsibilities alongside your daily tutoring.

To be successful in this role, you will bring teaching skills, leadership, and a compassionate, motivating approach.
