Ensures compliance job requirements by conducting period performance evaluations and annual review of analysts to ensure compliance to standards.  The annual review will utilize the self-audit checklist recommended for overall compliance with the Standard. - Maintains fluency in Accreditation standards and processes and ensures compliance with ACC standards or other accreditation bodies as required. - Coordinates evaluations, compiles information, provides assessments, and generates reports as required to maintain accreditation status. - Facilitates workgroups to analyze metrics and current processes for improvements in efficiency and effectiveness to align with accreditation requirements. Participates in all required service line meetings. - Serves as a resource and provides training and outreach, as applicable, of changes in site policies and procedures related to accreditation. - Assists departments to maintain or initiate program level accreditation as needed.
