Essential Key Job Responsibilities - Administer medications, provide vaccinations and render treatment to patients - Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members - Utilize the nursing process - Follow policy and procedure as directed - Create individualized plan of care for each patient - Respond to inquiries, concerns and complaints from patients and their parents or guardians - Track medical supply inventory along with other staff members - Counsel patients and family members before, during and after treatment - Educate patient on medications, treatments, and instructions - Maintain medical record documentation - Other duties as assigned by management
