Holds self accountable for 100% attendance at mandatory education. Assures all new team members successfully complete general and department orientation within designated time frames. Communicate knowledge on all current hospital and department policies and procedures to patient care employees. Promotes confidence in team members through peer recognition and reinforcement of successes by team and its members. Facilitates and fosters ongoing problem solving that utilizes teams and collaboration. Leads teams that can focus on immediate issues, move quickly, and achieve specific results as planned. Supports others to do their best, creating an atmosphere focused on results, achievement and recognition.
