Direct legal services will include, but not be limited to, preparation, review, and revision of complex agreements related to Assigned Functions (using templates adopted by the Legal Team, as appropriate) and providing legal counsel and guidance related to Assigned Functions. - Supervise and manage the day-to-day work activities of and serve as a mentor to Senior Counsel, Corporate Counsel, Paralegals, or other Legal Team members assigned to the Managing Senior Counsel. - Serve as an Assigned Functions-related legal expert providing sophisticated legal advice and counsel to CommonSpirit management, board(s), and committees, as well as to other members of the Legal Team, (e.g., analyze legal developments, create and deliver presentations, respond to difficult questions, offer viable alternatives based on past experience, etc.), and take an active role in Assigned Functions strategic plan development and implementation. - Manage and evaluate outside counsel engaged to provide Assigned Functions-related legal support. - Prepare, review, and revise corporate documents (e.g., articles of incorporation and bylaws) and assist Assigned Functions with internal CommonSpirit approval processes (e.g., Governance Matrix, Approval and Signature Authority Policy, etc.). - Oversee and manage Assigned Functions-related litigation, administrative proceedings, and other regulatory (including licensure and certification) proceedings or matters. - Lead or actively participate in Legal Team functions, initiatives and solutions teams, as requested   Benefits Include: Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, Holidays, Retirement Program, Disability Plans, Tuition Reimbursement, Adoption Assistance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Discount Programs, Life Insurance Plans, Worker Compensation, Dress for Your Day Policy, Voluntary Benefits.   Compensation Range: $68.76 to $89.39, hourly rates, annualized.   Position is eligible for incentive pay based on company performance.

ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES This individual will be a data-driven transformative leader and skilled at thinking big for the long term and delivering measurable business results in the short term. In addition to being accountable to IT Data and Analytics / Data Platforms direct line Management, the Program and Product Delivery leader will directly interface with many CommonSpirit Health IT internal customers along with various Clinical and Business product owners and services vendors. Responsibilities will include the following: ● Lead diverse and distributed teams of product and project managers, business and data analysts and data engineers to deliver multiple programs on the Enterprise Data Platform ● Interface with different IT and business groups with a strong customer focus to create measurable value ● Create strategies, roadmaps and value capture opportunities in partnership with Clinical and Business groups ● Responsible for resource management of the team including but not limited to staff scheduling, overseeing work assignments and outcomes, annual performance reviews, and managing global services staff. ● Responsible for the team’s end to end delivery of multiple small, medium and large projects or programs to support clinical and non-clinical use cases ● Own and Manage capacity planning, budgets, communication plans and business relationships ● Influence the acquisition and enhancement of various tools and processes used within IT for project and program delivery ● Create and execute plans to support deployments of new use cases including data hydration and data syndication on the Enterprise Data Platform ● Identify opportunities and implement strategies and tools/techniques to improve Data Fabric, Data Democratization and Data Products - all in compliance with Data policies. ● Collaborate with vendors for products and services required for the delivery of use cases, foundational data platform work and process improvements
