Provides payment options and/or requests monies from patients according to CHI-FH policy and insurance contracts. - Answers, screens and directs telephone calls to appropriate staff; provides information in response to general inquiries from patients, visitors, staff and others regarding insurance and financial options questions to include appropriate financial counseling as requested. - Explains consent forms and obtains patient signatures in accordance with all applicable state and federal insurance regulations, (e.
