Member of HR Support Services and Technology – Benefits Administration team serving as first point of contact in the resolution of process gaps related and escalated service cases affecting Benefits. Support the work stream in the project implementation of multi-functional projects both in the project management and technology delivery and support. Daily collaboration and support of Sr. Analyst, through assistance with system configuration, testing, data validation, case resolution, and project implementation. Support and manage specific service delivery activities such as data management, process improvement, auditing, reporting, trend analysis, and special projects.
