Job Summary:   Collects appropriate samples for testing, specifically using phlebotomy procedures such as venous and capillary punctures, and transports to the lab for processing.    Work also includes: - Computer inquiry and entry to maintain patient demographic in accordance with compliance guidelines - Preparing samples for testing at CHI-FH laboratories. - Work is conducted in accordance with all regulatory accreditation agency requirements.   Work requires:   - Ability to communicate effectively - Exemplify customer service - Knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment for phlebotomy, and skills in using a laboratory information system.
