Job Summary: This position is responsible for coordinating the CHI Franciscan Stroke Program for St. Anthony, St. Clare and St. Elizabeth Hopsital. The role maintains a comprehensive interdisciplinary approach to stroke management across the care continuum with the expectation of quality patient care, optimal clinical outcomes as measured by national and evidence-based standards of stroke care.
