- INSERVICE EDUCATION DUTIES: Confers with management and staff to assess needs. Conducts regular rounds to ensure equipment is working properly, areas are clean, safe, and orderly and hazardous conditions addressed appropriately. Assumes Director of Nursing duties in the event of his/her absence.
