Assures information on all current hospital and department policies and procedures are disseminated promptly to all staff. Returns inaccurate or incomplete encounter forms to the respective physician and tracks correction/completion. Responds to all inquiries from APMI or insurance carriers regarding denied claims or claims sent to Utilization Review.
